Senior Executive – Regulatory Affairs

We are looking for a proactive Regulatory Affairs professional to support product registrations and ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate documentation and facilitate timely regulatory submissions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review regulatory dossiers and submission documents.
  • Coordinate product registration, renewal, and variation activities.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines and communicate updates internally.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to collect required information.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing relevant documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and regulatory responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of product approvals and licenses.

Job Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with product registration documentation will be considered an advantage.
